Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at La Rose Specialty Foods Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our retail sales team and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Manage Sales Team: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, manage staff and assign duties, and implement price and credits policies.
- Merchandise Management: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, determine staffing requirements, and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Customer Service: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, conduct performance reviews, and supervise office and volunteer staff.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
- Support for Youths: Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth and provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Support for Veterans: Offers flexible onboarding options to allow Veterans to gradually adapt to the civilian workplace.
- Support for Indigenous People: Facilitates access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers.
- Support for Mature Workers: Offers phased re-entry options for mature workers who are returning to work after retiring.
- Support for Visible Minorities: Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees and provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
