Overnight Stocking and Logistics Coordinator

This is a Full-Time (40h) overnight role, which requires availability Monday to Friday between 10pm-7am.

Freight Team Associates are responsible for stocking products/merchandise and organizing the sales floor to create a pleasant and safe shopping environment for customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Verifying inventory levels and utilizing computer terminals to track stock and manage reports.
  • Stocking merchandise onto shelves to achieve 100% in stock and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Maintaining aisle cleanliness and ensuring a safe and healthy shopping environment.
  • Obtaining pick lists and gathering merchandise throughout the store to fill customer orders efficiently.
  • Communicating with other overnight team members to ensure accurate and timely stocking of products.
  • Moving freight safely from designated staging areas to overheads using the appropriate equipment as necessary.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work evenings and overnights, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively and safely.
  • Lift equipment experience, such as forklifts and reach-trucks, is an asset.
  • Excellent decision-making ability and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Detailed-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • Self-motivated to drive completion of tasks as quickly and accurately as possible.
  • Computer skills are considered an asset, but not required (training provided).
  • Candidates should be comfortable lifting merchandise to help the store achieve 100% in stock.
