About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Rehabilitation Service Specialist Case Coordinator to join our team at WCG International Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our Rehabilitation Services team, you will be responsible for the receipt and triage of new Rehabilitation Services and Vocational Assistance Program referrals, ensuring timely and effective engagement of participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify referral service expectations and ensure information is thorough and clearly identifies referral objectives
  • Establish participant eligibility for service and liaise with VAC referral sources regarding incomplete documentation or additional information required
  • Initiate first contact with participants within service standard timelines and provide high-level details about the program and answer initial questions regarding program or process
  • Negotiate and problem-solve to overcome obstacles in booking initial intake interviews within service standard timelines
  • Provide access to the Participant Portal and provide contact information for User Support Call Centre and RSSs
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise promptly and escalate appropriately when needed
  • Ensure participants receive initial orientation materials and complete any pre-meeting information prior to initial intake interviews
  • Accurately complete and/or update initial data entry into Case Management software
Qualifications
  • Minimum post-secondary certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Medical Office Administration, or other relevant area
  • One (1)+ year(s) experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize to achieve program service standards
  • High level of confidentiality and awareness of privacy requirements
  • Strong digital literacy including MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint
  • Employment conditional on obtaining Federal Level Security Clearance Reliability Status
  • Bilingual (French/English) preferred
  • Understanding of medical terminology
