Position Overview

The Head of IT Service Operations will be responsible for overseeing the local support teams and external service providers to guarantee optimal customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate local support teams along with outsourcing partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Build and sustain a high-performing support team, managing incidents, service requests, and issues in line with industry best practices.
  • Establish and refine the service catalog and service levels to align with the organization's requirements.
  • Direct and oversee activities within the department, ensuring efficient project delivery.
  • Evaluate and report on team performance and service delivery metrics.
  • Ensure the availability of equipment and maintain inventory in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Implement a strategic vision grounded in industry standards and best practices.
  • Foster and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers.
  • Review and update user procedures, technical documentation, and support workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field in Information Technology.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within a service center.
  • Strong understanding of Windows environments, O365, and equipment lifecycle management.
  • Certification and/or knowledge of ITIL and CoBit frameworks.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written French and English.
  • Customer-focused with a results-driven approach.
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, autonomy, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage stress, time, and priorities effectively.
  • Professional demeanor, detail-oriented, proactive, and responsive.
