Food Service Supervisor

BAR BURRITO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Kitchen Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
- Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain our culinary standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to enhance the skills and knowledge of our kitchen staff.
- Estimate and Control Food Costs: Analyze and manage food costs to maintain profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Prepare Reports and Budgets: Compile and submit reports on kitchen operations, sales, and expenses, as well as prepare budgets and forecasts.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A minimum of a secondary school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 7 Months to Less than 1 Year of Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role is required.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
