About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Donation Attendant to join our team at Goodwill Industries of Alberta. As a key member of our donation center team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our donation process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming donors and assisting them with donations in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sorting donations into designated bins and maintaining a clean and organized donation area.
  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of Goodwill transportation trucks.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to donors and other stakeholders.
  • Working collaboratively with the donation center team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum age of 15 or older.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to perform physical work on a continual basis.
