Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of the administrative team.
  • Collaborate with the management team to analyze and prepare bids and proposals.
  • Develop and maintain databases and records, including contracts and agreements.
  • Provide administrative support to employees, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving administrative issues.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and other software applications.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
