Position Summary:

The role of a Helper involves a dedicated team of professionals who assist in the loading and unloading of materials while adhering to quality and safety standards as directed by clients. Key Duties:

  • Ensure that the truck is loaded and secured according to company and C.V.O.R. standards
  • Unload, safeguard, transport, and organize materials as per customer instructions
  • Capability to lift weights exceeding 50 pounds consistently
  • Exhibit strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations set forth by the company and OSHA
  • Punctuality and reliability in attendance
  • Participate in annual inventory assessments when necessary
  • Possess a general understanding of building materials and a readiness to learn

  • Availability to work 30-40 hours weekly
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed

  • Must successfully pass a drug screening following a conditional job offer
