Merchandising Specialist - Flowers and Plants

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for flowers and plants? Do you enjoy working independently and have excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic team at Brand Momentum.

About the Position

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to work as a Merchandising Specialist at multiple retail locations in the Toronto area. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal of our flower and plant displays, ensuring that they are well-stocked and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

  • Perform merchandising tasks at multiple retail stores, including restocking and maintaining displays
  • Address out-of-stock issues and ensure that products are properly displayed
  • Clean and dust display fixtures and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Water and care for plants and flowers, ensuring they are healthy and visually appealing
  • Submit daily visit reports and maintain accurate records
  • Build strong relationships with store managers and other stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail. Previous merchandising experience is an asset, but not required. You will also need to have a smartphone and access to the internet.
