We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Esthetician to join our team at Hand & Stone - Mississauga - Dixie. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and delivering high-quality esthetic treatments.
Key Responsibilities- Perform various esthetic services, including facials, waxing, and other treatments, to meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
- Attend training programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and treatment techniques, and ensure the team is informed and trained accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze individual sales and performance metrics, and develop strategies to increase sales and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with staff and management to develop and implement promotions, campaigns, and initiatives to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as applicable regulations and licensing requirements.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and resolution.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and a strong team spirit among estheticians.
- Ontario Esthetics Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, staff, and corporate team.
- In-depth knowledge of esthetic treatments, skincare products, and industry trends.
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
