About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Esthetician to join our team at Hand & Stone - Mississauga - Dixie. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and delivering high-quality Esthetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform various Esthetic services, including facials, waxing, and other treatments, to meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Attend training programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and treatment techniques, and ensure the team is informed and trained accordingly.
  • Monitor and analyze individual sales and performance metrics, and develop strategies to increase sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with staff and management to develop and implement promotions, campaigns, and initiatives to drive Esthetics business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as applicable regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolution.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and a strong team spirit among Estheticians.
Requirements
  • Ontario Esthetics Diploma
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, staff, and corporate team
  • In-depth knowledge of Esthetics treatments, skincare products, and industry trends
  • Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
