About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Esthetician to join our team at Hand & Stone Mississauga Dixie. As a qualified Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skin care services to our clients, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform various Esthetics services, including facials, waxing, and other treatments, to meet client needs and contribute to the Skin Services revenue.
  • Attend training programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and treatment techniques, and ensure the team is informed and trained accordingly.
  • Monitor and analyze individual sales and performance metrics, developing strategies to increase sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with staff and Spa Manager to develop and implement promotions, campaigns, and initiatives to drive Esthetics business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as applicable regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolution.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and a strong team spirit among Estheticians.
Requirements
  • Esthetic diploma that includes body works training.
  • Min. 2 years experience working as an Esthetician preferred, but candidates with a right attitude towards learning and development may be considered.
  • Team player with a drive to be successful on their own.
  • Effective sales/solutions techniques and retail experience an asset.
  • Training & experience in laser hair removal and micro needling would be an asset.
