Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facility Operator to join our team at Prairie South School Division No. 210. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure the interior and exterior of our schools are clean and well-maintained, including floors, walls, windows, and other surfaces.
  • Facilities Support: Provide assistance with various facilities-related tasks, such as equipment maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for students, staff, and visitors by adhering to health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Communication: Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and other staff members to ensure effective communication and coordination of facilities-related activities.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is an asset.
