Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at DAYS INN. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless guest service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on guest feedback and service quality.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Dependability, efficiency, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and a team player attitude.
