About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team at Auberge du Pommier. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, following recipes and presentation specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, taking direction and contributing to the smooth operation of the kitchen.
  • Assist with food inventory and control, and participate in receiving and storing delivered items.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Sous Chef, Chef, or General Manager.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Culinary diploma or degree is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to spend 100% of the time standing.
  • Serve Safe certification.
