Job Description:

beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to manage the legal contracts process.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts, and will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package, including health and dental insurance, vacation and sick leave, and a 401(k) plan.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the legal contracts process

* Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract compliance

* Develop and maintain contract templates and procedures

* Analyze and interpret contract terms and conditions

* Provide contract-related training and support to team members

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field

* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

* Excellent communication and organizational skills

* Strong understanding of legal terminology and contract law

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
