Plant Operations Leader Position at Chemtrade

The Plant Operations Leader is tasked with ensuring a secure and efficient operational atmosphere. This role encompasses the supervision of all operational and maintenance functions, including personnel management, production oversight, and maintenance strategies. The preferred candidate will possess a degree in chemical or mechanical engineering, a minimum of 10 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing setting, and exemplary leadership capabilities. Medical evaluations, including the capacity to utilize a respirator, are prerequisites for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Strategically plan, organize, and manage Maintenance and Operations activities within the facility. Oversee budget development and management for Maintenance and Operations. Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing process uptime. Participate in an on-call rotation for maintenance and operations. Perform additional tasks as required.
