Job Title: Client Retention Coordinator

At SSENSE, we're seeking a highly skilled Client Retention Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their exceptional experience with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate Client Relationships: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences, providing personalized service to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Resolve Client Issues: Proactively address and resolve any client concerns or issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Coordinate Special Services: Oversee the coordination of extended services, including holds, alterations, dry cleaning, and consignment, to enhance the client experience.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Customer Care, Personal Shopping, and Communication teams to continuously improve processes and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service.
  • College or University degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of the labels carried by SSENSE, including creative direction, history, and technical garment information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, with other languages an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and web-savviness.
