Job Summary:

As an Insurance Advisor - Client Relations Specialist at National Bank, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Your expertise in personal insurance and knowledge of insurance products will enable you to provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

  • Ensure a seamless customer experience through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Direct clients to our advisors across Canada, ensuring they receive the best possible support.
  • Collaborate with insurance partners to handle requests and follow-ups, driving client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your insurance knowledge to inform client decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of client management solutions, driving business growth and profitability.

About the Team:

You will be part of a dynamic team within the National Bank Insurance sector, reporting to Caroline Tremblay, Director of the National Bank Insurance and Financial Services FBN customer service team. Our team is known for its insurance expertise, quality of delivery, customer experience performance, and collaborative spirit.

Requirements:

  • College diploma in a relevant field.
  • Personal insurance license.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Caring attitude with strong empathy for clients.
  • Understanding of Equisoft Connect/Centralize tools, an asset.
  • Ability to adapt to different situations.
  • Knowledge of the individual insurance brokerage field and its products.
  • Openness to change.
