About the Role:

Pandora is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the ultimate Pandora fan, immersing yourself in the brand, culture, and product, and taking pride in providing every client with a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage every client in a welcoming manner, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals by utilizing Pandora's specialized selling model (SPARK) and product knowledge, introducing shoppers to multiple categories of product to build brand loyalty and maximize sales results.
  • Maintain a keen awareness of shoppers, delivering a world-class shopping experience while controlling loss prevention.
  • Complete Pandora product knowledge training to leverage driving sales and stay up-to-date on current product launches and promotions.
  • Display personal accountability in achieving and exceeding sales and KPI targets, participating in visual directives, and upholding exceptional cleaning standards.
  • Attend all scheduled shifts to ensure adequate coverage and meet company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Retail and/or previous sales experience preferred.
  • Superior customer service skills and a passion for the customer experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time (exceeding 30 minutes).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
