Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Adaptability and flexibility: Be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry experience: Have a combination of sales, retail, and home improvement industry experience to provide valuable insights and solutions to our Pro customers.
  • Language skills: Multilingualism is an asset, but not required.
