Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at 2 For 1 Family Pizza. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces
    • Ensure all dishes, glasses, and utensils are washed and put away
    • Keep the dining area clean and tidy, including tables, chairs, and floors
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and portion food according to our menu and recipes
    • Take customer orders and serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner
    • Ensure all food is handled and stored safely and hygienically
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all guests feel welcome and valued
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Inventory and Stock Management
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment
    • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve our goals and objectives
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and management
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • English language proficiency
