About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Unit Installer to join our team at FUTURE KITCHEN & BATHS LTD. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing interior prefabricated products, ensuring professionalism in customer service, and reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install interior prefabricated products, including kitchen cabinets and vanities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installation.
  • Repair and service exterior and interior prefabricated products, including kitchen cabinets and vanities.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures, ensuring efficient and safe work practices.
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders, maintaining accurate records.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring precise measurements and accurate placement.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Supervise other workers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, maintaining a high level of proficiency and safety.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work at heights, in a non-smoking environment.
  • Experience in construction, renovation, and installation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
