We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Unit Installation Specialist to join our team at FUTURE KITCHEN & BATHS LTD. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation of kitchen units and cabinets in our clients' homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install interior prefabricated products with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installation.
  • Repair and service exterior and interior prefabricated products to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures to ensure efficient and safe installation processes.
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations to ensure precise measurements.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies to ensure a well-organized and efficient workspace.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Supervise and lead other workers to ensure successful project completion.
  • Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete installations.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms to ensure safe access to work areas.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Non-smoking work environment required.
  • Construction, renovation, and installation experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
  • Reliability and punctuality to ensure successful project completion.
