About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Installation Specialist to join our team at FUTURE KITCHEN & BATHS LTD. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing interior prefabricated products, ensuring professionalism in customer service, and reading blueprints to determine work requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install interior prefabricated products, including kitchen cabinets and vanities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of professionalism
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Repair and service exterior and interior prefabricated products
  • Determine layout and installation procedures
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
  • Supervise other workers and utilize hand and power tools
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically demanding work with handling heavy loads and repetitive tasks
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Punctuality, accuracy, and reliability
Work Environment

Our team works in a construction and renovation setting, installing prefabricated products in kitchens and bathrooms. We require our team members to be non-smokers and to work in a physically demanding environment.

Language and Work Hours

The successful candidate will be fluent in English and work 35 hours per week. We offer a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
