Retail Store Manager

Columbia St. Liquor Store Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, ordering merchandise, and resolving issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise staff and assign sales workers to duties
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Order merchandise and authorize returns
- Establish work schedules and prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
