Position Overview

As a Landscape Operations Supervisor at Gardens of Eden Plantscaping, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and maintenance of outdoor spaces. Your expertise will ensure that our projects are executed to the highest standards, contributing to the beauty and functionality of our landscapes.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planting and cultivation of trees, gardens, and lawns.
  • Recruit, manage, and schedule team members effectively.
  • Coordinate the organization of planting activities for various projects.
  • Plan and oversee grounds maintenance operations.
  • Direct the construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls.
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction tasks, ensuring quality and safety.
  • Interpret blueprints and drawings to guide project execution.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for landscaping projects.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a commitment of 32 hours per week. The primary language of work is English.
