Position Overview: We are looking for a seasoned and proactive Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with a focus on Native Mobile Applications Testing to join our dynamic and innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a skilled team of QA engineers to ensure the delivery of top-notch mobile applications through thorough testing and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing for Native mobile applications, which includes test planning, test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
  • Evaluate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) projects to assess the risks associated with code releases in the current testing environment, considering the potential impact on multiple projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive UAT test plans and documentation based on risk analysis to optimize testing efforts while adhering to established UAT policies and standards.
  • Engage with project teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure that both business and technical requirements are met, providing valuable insights during project reviews.
  • Develop expertise in applications and processes within UAT, offering hands-on training to other analysts as necessary.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of various banking applications, UAT code configurations, system integrations, and code delivery processes.
  • Provide technical guidance to development teams and external partners regarding the integration of specific applications within the UAT environment.
  • Execute automated test scripts, analyze logs, and validate results, making necessary adjustments to automated test cases.
  • Understand the bank's risk appetite and culture, applying this knowledge in daily activities and decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • 7+ years of experience, preferably in a banking context, with a strong focus on testing Native mobile applications (Android and iOS).
  • Hands-on experience with digital trading platform testing, including various trading strategies.
  • Proficient in mobile application testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Experience with Xcode and Android Studio.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with automation testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Playwright, Appium, Maestro).
  • 2+ years of recent experience with Charles Proxy and Postman.
  • Experience in native accessibility testing using VoiceOver and TalkBack.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively address project-related issues and conflicts.
