Circle Medical Technologies, Inc. - Contract Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at Circle Medical Technologies, Inc. As a Contract Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting services with a focus on building strong relationships with our Clinics team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on building strong hiring manager relationships
  • Support the entire recruiting process, including outbound sourcing, scheduling interviews, and communicating with internal teams and hiring managers
  • Post positions on various job boards and our company website
  • Regularly track pipeline, priorities, and performance data
  • Recommend improvements to sourcing, the recruitment process, and candidate outreach in line with our growth strategy
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of related experience as a sourcer and recruiter in the healthcare industry
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and/or related productivity software
  • Proficient with Lever ATS
  • Knowledge of other applicant tracking systems is welcomed
  • Proven track record with startups or VC-funded companies
  • Prior experience in recruiting for healthcare or healthcare tech environments
