Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team at Circle Medical Technologies, Inc. As we continue to expand, we need exceptional talent to be part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience in the healthcare staffing industry
  • Full-cycle recruiting services with a focus on building lasting relationships with hiring managers and clinic teams
  • Sourcing candidates from the healthcare industry, scheduling interviews, communicating with internal teams and hiring managers, and posting positions on various job boards and our company website
  • Ensure each candidate has an excellent interview experience
  • Fully support and adhere to our recruitment process
  • Proactively source candidates from the healthcare industry
  • Regularly track pipeline, priorities, and performance data
  • Lead weekly meetings with hiring managers and interview panels to drive decision-making on finalist candidates
  • Collaborate with the People team to seamlessly onboard hired candidates into HRIS
  • Recommend improvements to sourcing, the recruitment process, and candidate outreach in line with our growth strategy
  • Recruitment responsibilities will also include other lines of business, such as technology, general & administration, finance, support, and operations functions
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years related experience as a sourcer and recruiter for the healthcare industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead candidate evaluation meetings with hiring managers and interview teams
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and/or related productivity software
  • Proficient in Lever ATS
  • Familiarity with other applicant tracking systems is beneficial
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven track record with startups or VC-funded companies
  • Prior experience in recruiting for healthcare or healthcare tech environments
  • Proficiency in Lever ATS as a recruiter
Compensation:

This is a contract position with an estimated hourly rate of $37-$42.50.
