About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sales Vice President to join our team at BOTTLES'CO BOTTLE & PACKAGING. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and maximum return on investment.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, aligning with our company's strategic objectives.
  • Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless execution of business plans.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, upholding our company's reputation and interests.
  • Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, empowering them to drive business results.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Supervision and Work Environment
  • Team Size: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success and growth.
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability, resilience, and strong problem-solving skills.
