Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.

Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff

Lead and motivate our kitchen team to achieve exceptional results, providing guidance and support to ensure that our food and service meet the highest standards.

Inventory Management and Control

Estimate and manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.

Quality Control and Assurance

Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, ensuring that our food and service meet customer expectations.

Customer Service and Relations

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Reporting and Record Keeping

Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 32 hours per week
