We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Support Analyst to join our team at Onico Solutions. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for supporting our client's Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing MSSP alerts and events, collaborating with IT teams to investigate and resolve security incidents, and documenting security-related processes and metrics. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing security tools and licenses, and supporting the daily operations of our network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage MSSP alerts and events, including escalations and investigations
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve security incidents and improve security processes
- Document security-related processes and metrics
- Manage security tools and licenses
- Support daily operations of network infrastructure, including CISCO routers and switches, firewalls, and cloud-based services
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in MSSP and SIEM management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
- A competitive annualized salary of $85,000
