Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst to join our growing NSOC team. As a key member of our team, you will provide a delightful experience to customers by helping them keep their digital environments secure and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to security-related incidents and alerts in a timely manner.
  • Handle tickets escalated by other service desk teams or created automatically.
  • Communicate with clients and ensure their needs are taken care of.
  • Document work in a timely manner.
  • Assist other service desk team members with security-related questions and best practices.
  • Help expand the company's knowledge base.
  • Participate in NSOC on-call rotation.

Requirements

  • Highly organized and excellent time management skills.
  • High degree of technical knowledge and the ability to reach technical resolutions.
  • Versed in cybersecurity best practices.
  • Experience with SonicWALL firewalls, Fortinet Fortigate firewalls, Cisco switching and enterprise wireless solutions.
  • Experience with managed Anti-Virus and EDR solutions.
  • Experience with Email Security / Antispam solutions.
  • Experience with RMM and/or NMS solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft SaaS solutions: Azure with emphasis on Azure AD, Exchange Online, Security and Compliance with emphasis on Defender for Office 365.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows: Server Platforms versions 2003 through 2019, Exchange Server versions 2016 and 2019, Endpoints – versions 7 through 10.
  • Experience with Hyper-V and VMWare virtualization platforms.
  • Experience with backup solutions.
  • Nice to have: Experience with vulnerability management solutions – assessment, mitigation, and resolution, Experience with Microsoft Azure Sentinel and Lighthouse.
