CEI Fleet Collision and Safety is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Director to spearhead our digital transformation efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that integrates with overall business goals.
  • Oversee the day-to-day marketing operations, including campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Lead content strategy, creation, and distribution across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and SEO specialists to produce high-quality, engaging content.
  • Optimize content for search engines and user experience.
  • Oversee paid media campaigns (PPC, display, social media advertising).
  • Analyze ad performance metrics and adjust targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with web development teams to enhance website functionality, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Implement A/B testing and analyze user behavior to improve site performance and conversion.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive digital and content marketing experience.
  • Post-Secondary education in Marketing or Business.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including content creation and campaign analytics.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing strategy and best practices.
  • Agility and ability to stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends.
