Job Summary

247 Networks Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on complex network systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise on network systems, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues and improve overall network performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, configuration files, and technical guides.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our network infrastructure and services.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new network projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in network systems administration, with a focus on advanced networking technologies.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing.
  • Experience with network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control.
  • Proficiency in network management tools, including monitoring and troubleshooting software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Microsoft certification(s) in networking, such as MCSA or MCITP, preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with virtualization technologies, including Hyper-V and VMware.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, including AWS and Azure.
  • Experience with network automation tools, such as Ansible and Puppet.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
