**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented Security Officer, Border Services to join our team at GardaWorld. As a key member of our security team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of government buildings and personnel.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform patient watches on detainees from the border
  • Detain and escort individuals to and from Toronto
  • Identify, track, and report potential threats
  • Communicate with emergency services as needed
  • Conduct patrols to ensure the security of the premises
  • Communicate any suspicious behavior or concerns to management
  • Report all potentially dangerous situations to ensure a safe working environment

**Requirements:**

  • A valid security guard license and First Aid/CPR certification
  • A clear criminal background
  • Must have lived in Canada for 5 years or more
  • Must be able to pass Federal Reliability Clearance
  • Must have Vulnerable Sector Clearance check (provided by local Police Station)
  • Must have a full G license with a clean abstract
  • Use of Force certification is an asset
  • Be eligible to work in Canada
