The role will involve organizing travel and event schedules, coordinating TV interviews and photography shoots, and managing the executive's calendar. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining marketing budgets, liaising with social media professionals, and preparing expense reports. This is a unique opportunity to work with a high-profile client and be part of a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant to a busy public figure and be available to travel extensively. The position offers a competitive base salary, health benefits, car allowance, company phone/laptop, bonus, and 4 weeks of vacation. The office is located in Etobicoke, and the role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office.
