Job Title: Senior Software Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software developer to lead the development of medium to large-scale projects. As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical expertise and leadership in the analysis, design, development, and testing of software applications.
  • Managing and supervising the work of junior developers and project teams.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the University's software solutions are innovative and effective.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing and implementing software applications.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience in project management, including planning, coordination, and leadership.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written).
