Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for interacting with and educating our customers about our products, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with our sales team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing
    • Use product knowledge to educate customers and make recommendations
  • Sales and Revenue
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
    • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
    • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management

Requirements

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience
    • Previous sales experience an asset
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Strong product knowledge and sales skills
