Sales Associate

Join our team as a Sales Associate at West Coast Last Chance - Store 522, where you will play a vital role in promoting our core values and providing exceptional service to customers.

About the Role

  • Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for developing relationships with customers and building a loyal customer base.
  • You will work closely with the team to maintain store standards, handle cash transactions, and present merchandise in a visually appealing way.
  • As a self-starter, you will use good judgment in all situations and demonstrate excellent presentation skills in a retail environment.
  • You will be an upbeat, optimistic, and passionate individual who is able to understand the needs of customers and build buy-in to our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Display a "customer comes first" attitude and ensure customer loyalty is built and maintained.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the store's success by being a team player and performing POS transactions and merchandising tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service updates and ensure the store is visually appealing.
  • Adhere to all Loss Prevention policies.
