Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Pan Am Clinic. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to our healthcare team, including maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, mail distribution, and supply management.
Requirements
  • Two (2) years of experience in a healthcare or administrative setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
