About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at 2685242 Ontario Ltd. as a key member of our Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze staffing requirements to ensure optimal workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract top talent, including creating job postings, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
  • Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements for the role.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management to continuously improve our processes and strategies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
