Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at 2038773 Ontario Inc. o/a Agents Are Us. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a high level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
  • Ensure the efficient use of resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel.
  • Train and develop staff to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Coordinate and assign work, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment:

The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and requiring attention to detail.
