Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

Accusonic Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise in the warehouse, including inventory discrepancies and equipment malfunctions.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role.
