Overview

WPLUS/WIRELESS +] is seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our distribution center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory control, logistics, and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels and control systems
• Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods
• Ensure efficient and safe warehouse operations
• Supervise and train warehouse staff
• Analyze and optimize warehouse processes and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse management role
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and logistics software
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Work Environment

• Work is performed in a warehouse environment with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and temperature fluctuations
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
