Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects and initiatives to ensure progress on our DEI journey, benefiting the organization and team members across Canada.
  • Identify opportunities and strategies within business units to create value and cultural engagement.
  • Develop programs and concrete actions to support our DEI Maturity Model progress.
  • Set new measure metrics and KPIs to observe our progression and benchmark UAP Inc. against other similar organizations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on DEI, corporate culture, or belonging.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a similar professional field of expertise.
  • Strong consultation skills to lead and retain key recommendations.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written.
  • Ability to influence and educate others to gain buy-in and build knowledge and accountability.
