UAP Inc. is seeking a highly skilled DEI Specialist to contribute to the evolution of our culture of belonging. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in planning and deploying diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that elevate the employee experience and promote a culture of belonging within our teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead projects and initiatives to ensure progress on our DEI journey, benefiting the organization and team members across Canada.
- Identify opportunities and strategies within business units to create value and cultural engagement.
- Develop programs and concrete actions to support our DEI Maturity Model progress.
- Set new measure metrics and KPIs to observe our progression and benchmark UAP Inc. against other similar organizations.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on DEI, corporate culture, or belonging.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a similar professional field of expertise.
- Strong consultation skills to lead and retain key recommendations.
- Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written.
- Ability to influence and educate others to gain buy-in and build knowledge and accountability.
