Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Team Wireless Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of sales staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the store and support their career growth.
- Authorize Payments and Merchandise: Manage financial transactions, including authorizing payments and ordering merchandise.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize labor costs.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and promote sales of merchandise.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
