Hotel Operations Manager

SMH Management Inc is seeking a skilled Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and resolving work problems.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Dental plan and health care plan provided.
- Permanent position with 32 hours per week.
- English is the primary language of work.
