Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Badlands Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on hotel performance and any issues that may arise.
- Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience an asset.
- Willing to relocate.
- Relocation costs covered by employer.
Our hotel is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential. As a Hotel Managing Supervisor, you will be required to work in a team environment and be a flexible and team-oriented individual.
